Guiding Principles:

We use our telemedicine expertise to anticipate the trends and are an innovative partner for our clients.

We have a vision for healthcare that drives us to do the best for all stakeholders - patients, providers, and inverstors.

We recruit the best medical professionals.

When we make a mistake, we course correct quickly.

Our Story

In 1998, we started VMG focusing only on recruiting board certified primary care or internal medicine physicians. We placed these physicians in another company we owned. At that time, there were not any standards about the practice of telemedicine so we created them. Our standards exceeded the standards of the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA). We were the leaders and took that responsibility seriously.

Time evolved, and telemedicine grew. We never left telemedicine and have started and sold companies providing care via telemedicine. Now, the market is calling for expertise in telemedicine and recruiting. We are THE resource for all telehealth needs. Our goal is to use our telemedicine expertise to know where the market is going and have quality providers ready for you. We are more than a recruiter, we are your partner.
